Firms are increasingly under pressure from clients, internal firm members, and the larger community to recruit, retain, and empower a diverse staff. This session will help law firms rethink and reframe the discussion around multicultural competence, a model based on a philosophy of abundance with a central focus on understanding all of the contributions and opportunities that are possible from everyone in the firm.
