Details could make, break ExactTarget IPO
ExactTarget Inc. will need to reveal much more about its $86-million initial public offering before analysts and investors can accurately assess the value proposition, one expert said today. The Indianapolis-based e-mail marketing firm hasn't disclosed details including the number of shares available and the price per share; that information probably won't be forthcoming until February, said David Menlow, president of Millburn, N.J.-based IPOFinancial.com. ExactTarget made the basics of its plan public to the Securities and Exchange Commission late Friday.   Full Story

Casino license could hang on semantics
Columbia Sussex Corp.'s ability to renew its license to operate the Casino Aztar riverboat in Evansville could hinge on a couple of words and their definitions, according to the Evansville Courier & Press. Evansville Mayor Jonathon Weinzapfel says the Indiana Gaming Commission should yank the license held by the Fort Mitchell, Ky., company because New Jersey regulators earlier this month "revoked" its license to operate the Tropicana Casino and Resort in Atlantic City. Still, some could say Columbia Sussex's license renewal was simply denied. The terms are likely to be considered in March when the Indiana Gaming Commission takes up a complaint Weinzapfel filed against Columbia Sussex.  Full Story
