Indianapolis Star to lay off 23 workers

CTI stock, which closed yesterday at 34 cents per share, has traded largely below 50 cents since 2002.

Correction
A story in yesterday's IBJ Daily should have said Emmis Communications Corp. eliminated magazine publishing positions in Indianapolis through attrition and through layoffs at other properties.
